1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Venture Home Solar, LLC, 1 Dock Street Suite 310, Stamford, CT 06902 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Maine (ME), New Hampshire (NH), Massachusetts (MA), Rhode Island (RI), Connecticut (CT), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Pennsylvania (PA), Delaware (DE), Maryland (MD), and the District of Columbia (DC) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and household/immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins 12:00:01 AM ET on December 1, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025.

4. How to Enter
A. Referral Entry Method
Eligible participants may earn entries by referring individuals (“Referrals”) to Sponsor using approved referral methods. Each eligible referral equals 1 entry.

B. AMOE – Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without providing a referral, mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 1, 2026. Each postcard = 1 entry. Each must be mailed separately.

5. Entry Limits
Unlimited referral entries allowed. Unlimited AMOE entries allowed if submitted separately. Automated or fraudulent entries void.

6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: A paid vacation package valued at $5,000. Prize details determined by Sponsor. Non-transferable; no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion. Two (2) Enphase IQ Powerpack 1500 with solar panel Three (3) Five hundred dollar Visa Gift cards

7. Winner Selection
A random drawing will occur on or about January 5, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification
Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 5 business days. Winner must respond within 7 days. Sponsor may require verification documents. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise integrity.

10. Privacy
Information provided is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Release
Entrants release Sponsor from liability related to participation and prize usage.

12. Disputes
Governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is located. All disputes resolved individually without class action.

13. Winner List
For winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor by February 28, 2026.
